first, i would like to thank Ritz Hotel team for their nice hospitality, and the breakfast was amazing, the varulites and the caring i had from the staff was soo good. I'm looking forward to comeback and stay longer

I really love the reception department at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. I have not seen anything like it in Cairo hotels, in terms of smile, welcome, speedy completion of procedures, humility, etc. I would especially like to thank ,Mathew, a supervisor, a man of the highest class and respect, who never delays in helping guests.

We took the Nile view room on the 10th floor and the extra money spent on that was worth every penny. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The pool is huge and was a good experience. The concierge (Nagi) was extremely helpful and made our trip very smooth. The location is walking distance from the grand museum.

The experience in Nile ritz Carlton is unparalleled. Starting from the wonderful views (museum or the Nile) to the luxurious rooms. But most importantly the staff. A big massive thank you to Mr. Ashraf at the reception and Ms. Minna at concierge for their hospitality and welcome to the hotel. Also Mr. Tariq at house keeping who was very attentive to the details in the room. Finally, Mr. Mahmoud at Culina restaurant who thanks to him i tried the best mango juice in Cairo.

very nice hotel I like it the hotel it’s best 5 hotel’s in Cairo I like it and very good staff and anything you order from reception to room only take 1 min and very good coffee on the lobby also her staff Amazing good service and very good coffee i like the good staff and these not my last visit Thanks ..

High-end-class hotel with premium service, great staff, nice pool and a great rooftop terrace. The Spa was nice and also the Gym was very good.

The hotel was luxurious and the personnel was attentive. We received 4 bottles of water every day which was great since there were no stores nearby and tap water is not drinkable. The hotel room was clean. The swimming pool was clean with a good temperature, great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I also highly recommend the breakfast. They have a wide variety of choices and they offer to go options if you want to have it for the airport.
